Black spot on silver dollar fish

I decided to try and inroduce some different species of fish with my Piranha, the first of these was a 8" Green Spot Texas Cichlid. They co-existed The 3 Piranhas, Black Pacu, and Red Belly Pacu got along great. There was not a single But if Piranhas can be kept with Pacus, why not with Silver Dollars? I am not the only 

there. My silver dollars have two black spots on their sides and their tail fin has started to go black too. I'll try to get a pic. But they definitely dont stay still for long. They seem to still be playing and eating plenty. Is this possibly due to Spotted Silver Dollar Fish. It almost looks like it indents a little bitweird part is it's not always there, some times it fades and other times is darkI've tried to take a picture and he won't stay still (camera shy)

I only noticed it a few days ago and this particular dollar is missing one of his side fins. Also do those spots on my blue cichlids fin look normal?
